Meet the Builder:

Darrin is a seasoned builder with over two decades of building experience spanning across various regions and project types. Born and raised in Washington, Darrin’s journey in construction began with a degree in construction management from Brigham Young University, following which he embarked on a diverse career that took him across the United States. After college, Darrin gained invaluable experience working for a large custom builder based in Salt Lake City, Utah. His work involved managing commercial and custom home projects in multiple states, from New York to Florida, and from Ohio to Colorado. His diverse portfolio includes everything from historical projects to large-scale condominium developments and high-end custom homes in prestigious locations like Telluride and Aspen, Colorado.

In 2004, Darrin co-founded a successful construction company in Idaho, where he further honed his skills by overseeing residential developments, custom homes, and small commercial projects. In 2012, Darrin sold his stake in the company and moved home to Washington to be closer to family.

Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Darrin shifted his focus to addressing the pressing issue of attainable housing. Leveraging his extensive experience and access to ample lots, Darrin is bridging the gap between affordability and quality homeownership.

His vision entails offering turnkey homes with modern amenities at a price point that makes homeownership attainable for individuals and families. Through meticulous planning, efficient processes, and strategic partnerships, Darrin aims to disrupt the market by introducing a product that fills a crucial void in the housing industry.
